The Ruling is

This video shows the Target (the Plaintiff) and the Bully (The Defendant) in a court room. They each have lawyers. The Target and Bully, along with their lawyer, attempt to convince the judge of why the judge should rule in his favor. The Bully tells the judge that his parents are always fighting at home & this is the only way he knows how to treat people. As this is happening, the video shows the bullying scene that occured. The video closes with the judge ruling that both the Target and the Bully need people to love, encourage and support them.
