2012 Step Up, Speak Out, End Bullying PSA Showcase and Awards Event Winners

On April 21, 2012, the Fund for Civility, Respect and Understanding held its first “Step Up, Speak Out, End Bullying” PSA Showcase and Awards Event.

Students from across the world submitted 30-second public service announcements focused on ending bullying in a positive, nonviolent manner. The contest was divided into elementary, middle school, high school and adult categories.

The Fund for Civility received more than 80 submissions from 400 participants worldwide. The majority of videos were submitted from local Pima County, Arizona, students and the awards event at the Loft Cinema in Tucson was attend by nearly 200 students and their families.
